To access My Content options:

Select Menu > My Content > Options and one of
the following:

Memory status to view used and available memory.
䡲
Get new to access the data services
download menus
䡲
Content manager to access My Content Manager.

Note:
If your phone displays a message that the memory is full
when you try to use a feature, delete some of the content
stored in memory before continuing.
